Since 2016, Nautilus bar restaurant Mykonos has moved to one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods of Mykonos town, Lakka, in α building where formerly the City Post Office was housed. It is one of the best restaurants in Mykonos for those who love fresh, delicious fish.
After many years of successful presence at Kalogera Street, the owners of Nautilus bar restaurant Mykonos decided that they needed more space and a more remote location. Thus, they completely renovated the traditional building in Lakka, preserving all the Mykonian features of its architecture.
The new space is noticeably more comfortable with a lot of space between the tables. Most of the tables are located on the raised veranda that is protected from the Mykonian wind and sun by walls and a roof. Few more tables are in front of the terrace, on the stone-paved alley. At the interior of Nautilus bar restaurant Mykonos you can find the kitchen and a modern cocktail bar.
The menu is Mediterranean with emphasis on Greek specialties. There is a special category in the menu with traditional dishes, for those who want to taste some long lasting recipes. Nautilus bar restaurant Mykonos is renowned for its fresh fish and seafood, but also serves delicious meat or pasta dishes. The kitchen is open from 7 pm until midnight, and the bar serves drinks and cocktails open until 2 am.
Besides the excellent fresh fish of the day, it is worth tasting the grilled chicken fillet with carrot puree, spinach and orange – ginger sauce or the traditional lamb fricassee with wild greens.
