Just a few years ago, Olia Hotel – one of mykonos luxury hotels – created its own eatery. It is called Meze on Port restaurant Mykonos and specializes on Greek traditional meze and seafood, offering a fine dining environment and magnificent views.
Olia Hotel is situated at Tourlos area, near the Harbor of Mykonos town. Meze on Port restaurant Mykonos opens early in the morning for a coffee or a cocktail and serves lunch or dinner from noon to midnight. From its tables of you can appreciate gorgeous views to the ocean, as well as the legendary Mykonian sunset.
Following the design of Olia Hotel, Meze on Port restaurant Mykonos has all the elements of the classic Mykonian style – stone, wood and white walls. Two shaded verandas right next to the swimming pool area host the dining tables. The restaurant is suitable for families and groups of guests.
The menu was created by Chef Vaios Dousias who has a long experience in some of the other best restaurants in Mykonos. Most of the dishes are seafood meze but there are also meat, fish and Greek traditional dishes. All the ingredients are locally sourced and fresh. The wine list includes some nice Greek wines but also has a special category with a lot of ouzo, raki and tsipouro labels. We recommend that you order some different dishes of meze and a couple of fresh salads, accompanied with a good ouzo or tsipouro. Some of the delicious meze are the grilled octopus, the crab pie with cheese and the fish kebab.
