The tables of Buddha bar Mykonos are placed on a long terrace, so that guests can enjoy the magnificent sea view from every seat. The decoration is dominated by wood, stone and discreet yet fine Oriental details. In a prominent position on a pedestal, a large Buddha statue looks like overseeing the deep blue ocean. White curtains, fluffy pillows, bamboo, banners with dragons and impressive oriental baskets perfectly complement the space.
Buddha bar Mykonos offers Mediterranean and Greek fusion cuisine, along with dishes from China, Japan and Thailand. All dishes are served on large platters and not in individual portions, so that they can be shared among friends. The menu includes hot and cold appetizers, fresh fish and seafood, pasta, sushi, salads and soups. A good choice is the Santa Marina Feast dish, with a variety of seafood such as crab legs, oysters, prawns, sea urchin salad, salmon tartar and tuna sashimi.
Buddha bar Mykonos regularly hosts a number of famous chefs and DJs throughout the summer, creating special events and parties. It is open daily from 1.00 in the afternoon until late in the evening and serves lunch, dinner and refreshing signature cocktails.
